How a generalist recruitment firm narrowed its focus, built authority content, and started winning better briefs without competing on fee.
The problem
A recruitment firm in Noida placed candidates across half a dozen functions and competed for almost every brief on fee. Buyers could not tell them apart from any other agency, so conversations started and ended with price.
The approach
We narrowed the firm's positioning to the two niches it genuinely placed best, then built a small content engine and a founder LinkedIn presence around those niches — hiring guides, salary benchmarks, and honest takes on what makes a placement stick. Everything spoke to a specific kind of hiring manager rather than to everyone.
