Why we exist

Most services businesses grow on referrals and reputation. It is a good start — until the quarter it stops, and there is no system to fall back on. I started Client Magnet to fix exactly that: to give services businesses a dependable way to attract the right clients, instead of hoping the next one shows up.

I have spent over twenty years in marketing strategy and positioning. I began in a research lab at GE Global Research, then built and sold an IPR firm, then built and exited a few digital marketing brands. Somewhere in the middle of that — back in 2006, chained to a laptop and drowning in repetitive work — I started automating my own job just to stay sane. That instinct, strip out the manual grind and build systems that run without you, is what Client Magnet now does for other people's businesses.

We are a founder-led consultancy based in India, serving services businesses across the country — B2B and B2C alike. We work across four areas — lead generation, SEO and content, AI and automation, and corporate AI training — and keep them joined up rather than selling them in isolation. A pipeline that ignores your positioning, or automation bolted onto a broken process, tends to disappoint. Joined up, they compound.

One thing we will always be is honest about fit. If something is not right for your business — or not permitted for your profession — we will say so. We work within the conduct rules that govern regulated fields rather than around them.
