Anti-Spam Policy

We send business email. This page sets out exactly how, so that anyone who receives a message from us, or is asked to assess one, can check our practice against our word.

The rules we send by

1. Every message is written for one person. We send business-to-business correspondence addressed to a named individual at a named company, written for that recipient. We do not send bulk or identical mail, and we do not use spun or templated text.

2. We do not buy lists. We never purchase, rent, scrape or exchange contact details. Every contact is researched individually from public sources, and every address is verified for deliverability before it is used.

3. Our emails contain no links, no images and no tracking pixels. The only thing we ask for is a reply. We cannot tell whether you opened a message, and we have chosen not to be able to.

4. One word stops it, permanently. Reply asking not to be contacted and we action it the same day. The address goes on a suppression list and is never contacted again, by any campaign.

5. Nobody sends on our behalf. We operate no affiliate scheme, no reseller arrangement and no referral programme. No third party is authorised to send mail mentioning our domains.

6. We send at low volume. Sending is capped at 30 messages per mailbox per day and 150 per day across all mailboxes. A new mailbox sends nothing until at least 21 days of warm-up have completed.

7. We stop ourselves automatically. If bounce rates exceed 3 percent or complaint rates exceed 0.1 percent, sending pauses without waiting for anyone to notice.

8. Complaints are answered the same day. Write to anoop@clientmagnet.in and you will hear back from a person, not a queue.

Our sending domains

We send business correspondence from secondary domains rather than from clientmagnet.in. This is ordinary practice, and it exists to keep our main website's reputation separate from our correspondence. Each sending domain publishes a page stating who operates it and what it is for.

All our mail is sent through Google Workspace. Every sending domain publishes SPF, signs with DKIM, and publishes a DMARC record with strict alignment.

If you have received something you did not want

Tell us and we will stop, the same day, without asking you for a reason. If you would rather report it than write to us, that is your right, and we would still like to know so we can find out what went wrong at our end.
