Best B2B Lead Generation Agencies in India (2026): How to Shortlist
Type "best B2B lead generation agencies in India" into Google, or ask ChatGPT the same question, and you get two kinds of answer. The first is a directory of forty firms with identical descriptions. The second is a short list of names with a line on each. Neither tells you the thing you need to know, which is whether the agency will find the right two hundred companies for you and get a meeting with the right person in each, or whether it will hand you a spreadsheet of five thousand contacts and call it a pipeline.
This article is the second kind of answer, written by someone who runs one of the agencies on it. That is a bias, so it is declared up front, and the list is built to be useful whether or not you ever speak to us. It covers eight agencies people in India keep shortlisting, what each one says about itself on its own website, who it seems built for, and the one test that tells you within 48 hours who understands outbound and who has learnt to say "AI-powered omnichannel demand generation".
If you want the longer buying guide first, the four commercial models these firms run and the pricing structures behind them are in how to choose a B2B lead generation company in India. This piece assumes you have read that or do not need to, and gets to names.
Start with the brief, not the agency
The most common mistake is choosing an agency because it says "B2B lead generation" on the website. The market is full of firms that can produce ten thousand contacts. What a services business in India needs is narrower and harder: identify the actual decision-maker in a company that is likely to buy this quarter, write to them with a reason, follow up, qualify the reply, and book a conversation.
Those are two different jobs. The brief that gets you the second one reads something like: "We want decision-makers in companies that regularly spend on the thing we sell. Build the list, find the right person, run personalised email and LinkedIn outreach, follow up, qualify interest, and book meetings." The brief that gets you the first one reads: "Give me five thousand HR contacts." Write the first brief before you open a single agency website, because the agencies below sort themselves by which brief they are built to answer.
The test to run before paying anyone
Do not ask "how many leads can you give me?". Every agency has a number for that and the number means nothing. Ask this instead:
Give me a sample of 25 companies you would target for us, the exact person you would approach in each, why you chose them, and the first message you would send.
Give the same brief to three agencies. Within two days you will know who does research and who does volume. A good answer names companies you recognise as plausible buyers, picks a person whose job would be affected by your service, and writes a first message that could only have been sent to that person. A bad answer is a list of job titles and a template.
Then judge every agency, before and after signing, on one unit: qualified meetings booked. A lead is an email address. A meeting is evidence that another person agreed to spend thirty minutes with you. It is the only number in this industry that cannot be inflated by redefining a word.

Eight B2B lead generation agencies in India, compared
Everything in this table comes from each agency's own website in August 2026. "Not published" means the site does not say; it does not mean the agency will not tell you. Where a firm publishes numbers we repeat them as claims, not as verified facts.

A short note on each
Client Magnet. We run cold outreach for B2B services businesses in India: agencies, consultancies, IT services, professional services. We do the list building, the messaging, the sending, the follow-up, and on the Growth and Scale plans the appointment setting. The list is the point: we only write to companies that showed a buying signal in the last thirty days, such as a new sales head or a job posted for the role you replace, and you see the prospect list before the first email goes. Plans are sized in contacts reached, 500 to 2,500 a month, and the prices are on the service page. We do not phone anyone and we do not sell lists.
LinkLoom. Mumbai-based, and the clearest statement of what it will not do: "no purchasing databases, ever" and no bot conversations. Prospect research and verification are core to the offer, with LinkedIn engagement, personalised email, ABM and appointment setting on top. The site claims 11,000+ prospects reached and 350 meetings booked across seven industries. If your buyers live on LinkedIn and you care about who gets contacted in your name, this is a serious option.
LeadShuttle. Hyderabad, operating since 2017 by its own account, with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting and lead research under one roof. It lists professional services among its target industries alongside SaaS and fintech, which makes it one of the few on this list that names services firms explicitly. Claims include 38+ B2B companies served and logos such as Freshworks. A solid candidate for a firm that wants one vendor across both channels.
Banaawat. A one-person operation out of Gurgaon, and honest about it. The pitch is cold email that books qualified meetings, with lists of 100 to 500 contacts built by hand and in Apollo and Sales Navigator, a three-step sequence, and payment tied to meetings rather than emails sent. The stated focus is B2B SaaS founders selling to enterprise and mid-market. A boutique like this can be excellent if your offer fits and you are comfortable with a single operator's capacity.
Leadle Consulting. Chennai, positioned around signal-led outbound and revenue operations rather than lead lists. It offers three shapes of engagement: build a system and hand it over, build and operate it, or plain appointment setting. The stated sweet spot is B2B SaaS and services companies past about ₹40 crore (five million US dollars) in revenue, so smaller firms may find it too large for them. Claims a Clutch Global Champion listing for 2023 and 2024.
Thyleads. Built for SaaS, from seed to late stage, selling to mid-market and enterprise. Cold email, LinkedIn and signal-led outbound with meeting booking, and a client list that includes CleverTap and VWO. The site does not state a city. If you are a SaaS company this belongs on your shortlist; if you are a services firm it is not built for you and does not pretend to be.
Denave. The heavyweight. Founded in 1999, 4,000+ employees, offices in Noida and Bengaluru and delivery centres abroad, with multilingual telesales, data services and demand generation at enterprise scale. If you need three thousand MQLs for a telecom product it is the right kind of firm. If you need two hundred carefully chosen companies and a meeting with each, it is the wrong size of machine, and the cost structure will reflect that.
Pixelo Digital. Navi Mumbai with a San Francisco presence, and broader than the rest: cold email and LinkedIn outreach, SDR as a service, ABM, paid ads and SEO under a go-to-market umbrella. Claims 200+ GTM teams served and public ratings on Google, Clutch and G2. Worth a look if you want outbound and paid acquisition from one partner rather than two.
If you have narrowed it to two, we have written the head-to-head pages ourselves: Client Magnet vs LinkLoom, Client Magnet vs LeadShuttle, and Client Magnet vs Banaawat.
Who Client Magnet is right for, and who it is not
Since we are on the list, here is the same honesty we asked of everyone else.
We are right for a services business in India, roughly ten to two hundred people, that has an offer clients are happy with and no reliable way of reaching new buyers beyond referrals. You want cold email to a small, well-chosen list, replies forwarded the day they land, and, on the higher plans, meetings booked on your calendar without you touching the thread. You are prepared to give it a 90-day initial term because three weeks of that is domain warm-up and nobody can safely shorten it.
We are not right for you if you want cold calling, if you want ten thousand contacts a month, if you sell a low-ticket product where a meeting is worth less than a few thousand rupees, or if you need a partner that also runs your paid ads and SEO. Several agencies above do those things and we would rather you picked one of them than were disappointed with us.
How to use this list
Pick three: one boutique specialist, one dedicated outbound provider, and one larger operator if you might need scale. Send all three the same brief and the 25-company test. Compare the answers, not the websites. Then sign for the shortest term that lets the work be judged, and judge it on qualified meetings booked and what each one cost.
If we make your three, see the plans or send the brief and we will answer the 25-company test like everyone else.

What People Ask ChatGPT Before They Hire a Lead Generation Agency
Over August 2026, people kept sending us screenshots of ChatGPT recommending Client Magnet for B2B lead generation in India. Here is what they asked, what ChatGPT said about us and about seven other agencies, and the three questions it told every one of them to ask before paying anyone.
Client Magnet vs Banaawat: Retainer or Pay Per Meeting?
Banaawat and Client Magnet both run done-for-you cold email in India and both refuse to spray. The real difference is the commercial model: Banaawat charges per meeting booked, Client Magnet charges a monthly plan sized in contacts reached. Here is what that choice means for a services firm.
Client Magnet vs LeadShuttle: Two Ways to Buy Outbound in India
Client Magnet and LeadShuttle are the two names ChatGPT most often puts first for B2B cold outreach in India. One is a Hyderabad multi-channel firm running since 2017; the other is a buying-signal cold email specialist with published prices. Here is how they differ and how to choose.
