Your Website in 14 Days

Spend 30 minutes a day for 14 days and end with a real website live on the internet, built by AI while you direct it. No coding. You publish new posts yourself in 20 minutes.

What you'll build

A real website, live on the internet, at an address you can send to anyone. It has a home page that lists your posts, a page for each post, and an about page. Simple structure, chosen design, your words, your images.

On Day 1 you pick one of four projects: a movie diary, a book log, a travel journal, or your professional home page. All four are built the same way, so pick the one you will enjoy updating. The habit matters more than the topic.

You will not write code. You write a plan, and an AI coding tool builds from it while you watch and give feedback. That is what AI-first means: you are the product owner, the AI is your developer.

How it works

One email a day, for 14 days. Each one is a single task of about 30 minutes. Days 5 and 6, the setup and the first build, need 45 to 60 minutes, so keep a longer slot free for those two.

The two weeks run in three stages. Days 1 to 4, you decide: the idea, the look, the layout, and the plan document that briefs your AI. Days 5 to 7, you set up your tools and your website appears on your laptop with real posts in it. Days 8 to 14, you polish the design, back the project up to GitHub, put it live on Vercel, and build the publishing routine that keeps it alive.

Day 9 is the test that matters. You publish a post by hand, with no AI at all, and watch it appear without the design moving a pixel. That is the moment this stops being magic and becomes a skill you own.

Every email is reply-able. Stuck on a step? Reply and tell me where. I read them.

What you need

  • A laptop, Windows or Mac. A phone or tablet will not work.
  • Free accounts on GitHub and Vercel. We set these up on Days 10 and 11.
  • One AI coding tool. The lessons use Claude Code, which needs a Claude Pro plan, roughly ₹1,700 a month, cancel anytime. Day 5 gives you a free fallback if you want to try before paying.
  • Optional: your own domain name, roughly ₹900 to ₹1,300 a year. You can finish the challenge without it.

There is also a troubleshooting guide beside the lessons. Almost every problem you can hit on setup day is already listed there with the fix.

Who it's for

Anyone who has put off building a website for years, usually because agencies quoted too much or the DIY tools felt overwhelming. No coding experience assumed. If you can write a WhatsApp message and save a file, you can do this.

If you run a business, pick the professional home page on Day 1. The same 14 days give you a site you control, plus a plan-first way of working with AI that you can point at your next project.
