How we help CA firms — within the rules
Chartered Accountants in India work under the ICAI Code of Ethics. The First Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act (clauses 6 and 7) bars a member in practice from soliciting clients or advertising professional services. ICAI's revised Code, effective 1 April 2026, allows limited promotion of certain non-exclusive services, but solicitation, testimonials, and advertising of exclusive CA services remain off-limits.
