What a buying signal is

A buying signal is public evidence that a company feels a problem today, not someday. The signals we watch: hiring (a company advertising for a sales role has decided pipeline is worth paying for), growth events (new funding, a new office, a leadership change), and tool or team changes (a company that just adopted a CRM, or lost the person who ran one, has a gap somebody must fill).

A company showing one of these signals is far more likely to reply than one picked because it matched an industry filter. The signal also writes your first line for you: "Saw you are hiring a sales executive" is research, not flattery.

How the engine works

The output is deliberately small. A few right companies a day compound into a few hundred researched prospects a quarter, every one of them contactable without endangering a sending domain.
